Tooth Fairy Helpers: Donation of under $1,000. Helpers are listed as donors on our website.

Tooth Fairy Friends: Donation of up to $5,000 to sponsor the dental needs of two to ten children for one year. Friends receive a certificate of appreciation and an announcement of their donation on our website.

Tooth Fairy Supporters: Donation of up to $10,000 to sponsor the dental needs of two to four children throughout their elementary school years. Supporters receive a certificate of appreciation, an announcement of their donation on our website and a plaque with their name/logo inside of one of the mobile units.

Tooth Fairy Sponsors: Donation of up to $20,000 to sponsor the dental needs of an entire class (from 20 to 40 students) for one year. Sponsors receive a certificate of appreciation, an announcement of their donation on our website, a plaque with their name/ logo inside of one of the mobile units and a plaque in the school of their choice identifying them as a Class Sponsor.

Tooth Fairy Patrons: Donation of up to $100,000 to sponsor the "Back to School" dental treatments (from September through December) of an entire school (from 300 to 600 children). Patrons receive a framed certificate of appreciation, an announcement of their donation on the homepage of our website, a plaque with their name/ logo inside one of the mobile units, a banner for the school, a banner to be hung on the outside of the mobile and recognition as a major sponsor in our publications.

Tooth Fairy Champions: Donation of up to $235,000 toward the purchase of a mobile dental unit. Champions' names/ logos will be permanently inscribed on the outside of the mobile they help buy! Champions also receive a framed certificate of appreciation, an announcement on the homepage of our website, a banner for their company, a banner for the mobile used at all our events and recognition as a major sponsor in our publications.

Note: Tooth Mobile estimates that the annual cost of one child's dentistry is approximately $500. This figure was utilized in creating our Giving Guidelines.
