| Denti-Cal and Healthy Families |
 Tooth Mobile encourages all eligible individuals to utilize the Denti-Cal and Healthy Families programs, which have been designed to make dental care affordable and accessible to everyone. Thousands of eligible Californians are not taking advantage of no-cost or low-cost (as affordable as $4 per month per child) health coverage programs. Tooth Mobile helps enroll eligible individuals in these programs and attends outreach events statewide. Denti-Cal is the dental portion of the Medi-Cal
Health Coverage Program. Any individual who is eligible for Medi-Cal is also eligible
for Denti-Cal. For services provided in a dentist's office, there is a co-payment
of $1. For non-urgent care provided in the emergency room, the co-payment is $5. As part of our efforts, Tooth
Mobile offers eligibility information and enrollment forms for both programs,
